RV Roadside Assistance Plan Agreement

All of the benefits and services of Your Motor Club Membership are described herein and are applicable throughout the United States and Canada.

This is a Motor Club Membership:

1. This is not an Insurance Contract.
2. This is not an Automobile Physical Damage or Automobile Liability insurance contract.

EMERGENCY ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
As a member, Emergency Roadside Assistance is available 24 hours a day anywhere in the United States and Canada. The Emergency Roadside Assistance benefit provides for one service call per disablement, up to four services per year, for service provided by a commercial road service provider, locksmith, or tow provider for the following services:

• Towing – Towing your disabled vehicle or trailer to the nearest qualified repair facility as determined by us.
• Flat Tire – Changing of your vehicle’s flat tire using the vehicle’s mounted and inflated spare tire, or for towing of your vehicle to a repair facility. The cost of any replacement tire, alignment, mounting and balancing is not covered.
• Jump-Start / Battery Boost – A jump start for your vehicle’s dead battery or a tow to a repair facility. The cost of any replacement battery and labor to install the battery is not covered.
• RV Mobile Mechanic – Dispatching of a mechanic to the site of your mechanically disabled vehicle, if the situation and availability permits. Labor charges and parts are not covered.
Lockout – Locksmith – Dispatch of locksmith services to your vehicle and assistance in the opening of your locked vehicle, and/or obtaining a replacement key. The actual cost of a replacement key is not covered.
• Delivery of Fuel and Emergency Fluids – Fuel, oil, water, or other fluids necessary to assist you’re your disabled vehicle to remedy the disablement (except where prohibited by law). The cost of any such fluids, and labor charges above standard fluid addition (e.g., diesel reprime), is not
covered.
• Vehicle/Winching – Winch out or extraction services required to free a stuck vehicle or trailer. Vehicle(s) must be within 150 feet of a maintained roadway. Membership includes either: Two hours of one winching truck and one driver; or, One hour of two winching trucks (each with one driver
only). Additional costs for labor, parts and any additional winching shall be the responsibility of the member.

All Emergency Roadside Assistance services must be arranged by SafeTravels RV. There is no reimbursement benefit for service which you arrange on your own. 

NON-COVERED ITEMS: The following items are not covered under the Membership: Service for mechanical disablement due to an accident, vandalism, or a vehicle specific fire which are normally covered by motor vehicle insurance; costs associated with vehicles stolen, unlicensed, unregistered, illegally parked, or impounded; costs of any fluids, parts, or materials; vehicles on display for sale or any other purpose; horse trailers; vehicles used in competition; vehicles used for commercial purposes; vehicles with a maximum GVWR over 30,000 pounds.

EXCLUSIONS: Your membership will not cover any incident in which the driver is charged with driving under the influence; or does not have a valid operator’s permit; or is driving a vehicle which is not registered for use on public roads; or leaves the scene of an accident without disclosing his or her identity; or is operating the vehicle without the permission of the owner; or if the vehicle is moved from one service facility to another, or able to move under its own power.

ADDITIONAL MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS:

Emergency Trip Interruption:
If your trip is interrupted due to a mechanical breakdown or a collision involving your RV and is more than 200 miles from your home, you may be eligible for reimbursement for specific expenses that are incurred within 72 hours of the disablement. Maximum total benefit is $1400 per occurrence.

To submit a claim, please call 844-915-9955. You must provide a evidence of the accident or mechanical issue and all paid receipts for any covered expenses. In addition, you must and complete the claim form at safetravelsmotorclub.com/claim. All claims must be submitted within 30 days after the service is rendered for emergency trip interruption.

THEFT REWARD:
We will pay a person, (excluding Member’s family or relatives) one thousand dollars ($1,000) for information leading to the arrest and conviction of
a person for the theft of a Member’s covered vehicle(s) or tagged valuable articles.

DEFINITIONS
STMC, SafeTravels, We, Us or Our means SafeTravels Motor Club
Member, You or Your means the original person(s) to which this Membership was issued.
Disabled Vehicle means a vehicle that is not drivable due to a mechanical failure
Your Covered Vehicle means the vehicle listed under “Vehicle Information” in the top portion of this agreement

CANCELLATION
SafeTravels Motor Club reserves the right to cancel this Membership at any time by refunding the original purchase price to the Member. You
may cancel this Membership for the unused portion of the purchase price, calculated on a pro-rata basis over the term of the Membership, less a
cancellation fee of fifty dollars ($50) and the amount of claims already paid during Your Membership term. All cancellation requests must be
submitted in writing to SafeTravels Motor Club and signed by the Member. (Residents of Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi,
Montana, Nevada, Oklahoma, and Wyoming will not have claims deducted from any cancellation refunds).

TRANSFER
This Membership cannot be transferred.

Benefit limits covered under your selected plan are available to you without additional payments. You are responsible for any expenses
incurred above the per occurrence limits or for any non-covered benefit expenses. The term of this Agreement begins on the effective date and
continues until the expiration date in the Membership Information section above. Any membership without a specified term will default to a
term of one year from the effective date. Benefits provided for the covered member listed in the member information section, as well as their
spouse and dependents under 24 years of age, for any vehicle they may own, rent, or borrow. Benefits are not applicable to commercial
vehicles, vehicles, vehicles over 40 years old, or “classic” vehicles.
